He also compares RSS 2.0 and Atom 1.0 and lists the Atomic Tribe (contributors). That is me! For all you W3C lovers out there, Atom has the following namespace: http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom. I know, the capital sucks, but it is a copy and paste thing anyway.
