XMLHttpRequest: Last CallAmong the twenty or so press statements the W3C published today there was “Last Call: The XMLHttpRequest Object” (without using code anywhere, hah). This is the second Last Call after a year of revising text and addressing implementation feedback. Hopefully it can proceed to Candidate Recommendation after the six week review period. You shouldn’t let such process details stop you from raising technical issues with the specification though.
