First he would take an initial small bite out of the flesh. Gently pulling the skin off with his teeth. Almost effortlessly it seemed. Then carefully salting the open wound, before taking the next bite. He would delicately continue this process — salting the open wound and taking a bite — until all was gone and nothing left. The only way you would notice something had taken place was because the salt container was a little less full. According to him, it was the absolute best way to eat a raw tomato.
