Long time Internet Explorer fan Tino Zijdel has a blog now: crisp’s blog. Subtitle of the blog is “Hell is where browsers come from” and I suppose that may be true from time to time if you’re a client side web developer. Anyway, he has lots of interesting posts such as DOCTYPE switching in Internet Explorer where he points out that based on whether or not the string “looks like” a URI Internet Explorer decides to trigger quirks mode or not. He’s also in the run for writing an HTML tokenizer in PHP and perhaps a parser after that. Great!
