It´s really cool down here. Writing this on a German keyboard just like Mark. This morning we had breakfast at Novell who are working hard on implementing XForms in all kinds of applications. (Including Mozilla, Internet Explorer and Eclipse.) And now we are watching all kinds of presentations from a variety of subjects. Like, MySQL, open source marketing, blogging, importance of companies that become more open. That was actually a really interesting talk, invented on spot, from Robert Scoble.
Actually, yesterday there was already a chance to meetup with some people attending to reboot7 and I had an interesting conversation with Robert Scoble. Also with Michael Heilemann from Kubrick, both hated and loved. I unfortunately missed his presentation but others who attended said it was pretty cool. Michael might put a video of that online later if it becomes available. Bandwidth! I met a lot of other people too who I might add later if I recall them. Anyway, it´s fun!
(With many thanks to Colin Schlüter who hasn´t had the time to put up his personal site, but will do so soonly. His 12" inch PowerBook is just too cool.)
A nit: it's Michael Heilemann. Oh, and what are the backticks for? What happened to the curly single quotes? German keyboards, eh?
There’s still a Micheal
in it: Micheal might put a video [...]
.
I’m such a pedant :P
When I read the summery in your RSS feed (I just had lunch.
), I though for a moment that you might have changed the focus of this site to cats and supermarkets. Fortunately it was just an I-met-my-heroes post with a bad title.
Robert Scoble!
Lunch? I thought it was breakfast lol ;-)
