In light of “recent debate” I appreciate A List Apart for using “tag” in the article name. (Why am I subscribed to www-html@w3.org again? Or A List Apart for that matter?) Don’t use that technique for abusing the q element as CSS is an optional language. Now I know this site breaks with images off (CSS off should be fine), but I don’t care and have an alternate style sheet named Readable for that.
